We areseekingan experienced and hands-on Warehouse Managerto support our Dallas-Fort Worth location They will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, team leadership, shipping and receiving, safety, andlogistics This role is accountable for the performance and coordination of warehouse personnel.
The Warehouse Manager will ensure that daily operations run efficiently, accurately, and safely while coaching the team on best practices and ensuring continuous improvement. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Supervisory Responsibilities
Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff on warehouse and delivery procedures and safety protocols.
Delegate and oversee daily workload, ensuring team productivity and accuracy.
Ensure team adherence to warehouse safety practices and company Best Practices.
Coordinate PTO coverage and address staffing needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Accuracy
Establish and manage a cycle count schedule; ensure accuracy and accountability for inventory counts.
Oversee and manage the cycle count process and schedule to ensure accuracy in inventory levels, storage, and reporting.
Identifyand correct inventory issues and communicate reorder or restocking needs.
Communicate deadstock/ overstock.
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies; review and upload discrepancy reports to cycle count folders.
Validate product code dates on expiry products and ensure proper product rotations are followed.
Shipping, Receiving & Order Fulfillment
Manage order fulfillment accuracy: oversee order pulling, packing, and verification.
Ensuretimelyloading/unloading of trucks, secure loads, and proper documentation.
Coordinate inbound and outbound transfers, POs, and Will Call pickups.
Oversee system processing for receiving and shipping, including receipt/shipping confirmations.
Accountable for the completion ofdouble-verificationof pulled orders and packing slip accuracy.
Review open PO and transfer reports to ensuretimelyprocessing.
Warehouse Organization & Housekeeping
Oversee general cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment and laydown yard.
Ensure regular updates are made to bin locations and item labels (along with proper file cleanup tomaintaindata integrity).
Coordinate rack layout adjustments and space optimization projects.
Ensure facing/restocking of inventory and proper returns.
Purchasing of consumables for warehouse materials and supplies.
Coordination & Communication
Maintain effective communication with the inside team and across departments.
Act as the primary point of communication with inside teams on inventory/order issues.
Ensure staff communicates clearly with customers during deliveries or pickups.
Provide dispatch support, route sheets, and delivery planning as needed.
Ensure drivers follow pre-trip inspection procedures andmaintainvehicle logs.
Compliance, Safety & Equipment Oversight
Lead regular safety inspections and hazard assessments, ensuring compliance with warehouse safety practices and regulations (e.g., racking, hazardous waste).
Ensure proper maintenance tracking and inspections for warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles.
Oversee training and safe use of unloading equipment.

Education and Experience
4+ years of proven experience in warehouse management or a supervisorylogisticsrole.
Forklift certification and knowledge of warehouse equipment (or ability to obtain).
Construction supply and equipment knowledge a plus.
Experience with operatingvarious typesof construction equipment a plus.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, lifting, and loading
Safelyoperatewarehouse machinery.
Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds at times.
