Could you be the full-time Warehouse Manager in Fez we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and operational management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant flow of materials in our warehouse operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Production, Industrial, Planning, Quality, HSE, IT, and Supply Chain), manage end-to-end warehouse operations, and champion continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of material availability, stock accuracy, and on-time delivery to production lines, but also lead the implementation of lean solutions and operational transformation initiatives.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies in all warehouse activities
Managing inbound and outbound logistics, kitting, and mirror area operations
Maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring proper material storage and traceability
Synchronizing physical and system material flows to align with ERP data
Monitoring and improving operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
Leading, coaching, and developing logistics operators while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align warehouse transformation with site strategy

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Engineering degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering
Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations within an industrial environment
Demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities
Strong knowledge of HSE, logistics, quality, and continuous improvement principles
Good communication skills in English (French is a strong asset)
Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven, and operational environment
Familiarity with ERP systems and lean principles
