Job Description

Are you a hands-on warehouse leader who wants more than just a job? At Abco Products, we’re
building something great — and we want people who want to help build it with us.

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Park Ridge QLD operations. This isn’t a role where you clock in and follow the rules someone else wrote — it’s a role where you help write them. Your voice will be heard, your ideas will matter, and the culture you help create will be one you’re proud to be part of.

What You’ll Do

Inventory Management

  • Own and maintain inventory control procedures that actually work.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and keep stock levels sharp.
  • Collaborate with procurement to avoid overstock and shortfalls.

Order Fulfilment

  • Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch — accurate and on time, every time.
  • Coordinate with logistics to streamline shipping and delivery.
  • Jump on issues before they become problems.

Warehouse Operations

  • Plan and maintain a warehouse layout built for efficiency and safety.
  • Manage equipment — forklifts, pallet jacks, and everything in between.
  • Optimise space for current needs and future growth.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and develop your warehouse team.
  • Set the standard — not by standing above your team, but by being part of it.
  • Handle scheduling, performance reviews, and recruitment.
  • Create an environment where people want to show up and do their best work.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive quality control and resolve any product or process discrepancies fast.
  • Constantly look for better ways to do things — and have the backing to implement them.
  • Collaborate across departments to make the whole business run smarter.

Why This Role Is Different

At Abco, we don’t just want managers — we want builders. People who see a gap and close it. People who speak up when something could be better, and who follow through when the call is made.

  • Your voice is heard — we actively seek input from our team on how to improve.
  • You have real influence — help shape the culture and processes in your warehouse.
  • We move fast — decisions get made, not deferred.
  • We back our people — bring great ideas and you’ll have the support to make them happen.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar senior warehouse role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • A natural leader who communicates clearly and earns respect.
  • Someone who analyses problems, then acts — not just reports.
  • Comfortable with warehouse management software.
  • Forklift certification (preferred but not essential).

Our Core Values — Do These Sound Like You?

To thrive at Abco, you’ll need to genuinely live these:

We Not I — Be a team player

Fast Fix — Fix it right the first time

Own It — See every task through to completion

Always Hungry — Strive for continuous improvement

What’s In It For You

Beyond a competitive salary, Abco offers a company-wide profit-sharing bonus program called Growth by Sharing (GBS).

Here’s how it works: when Abco beats its profit targets, the upside is shared with the entire team — with no cap. It’s designed to reward the people who help drive the business forward, creating a real ownership mindset across the company.

Once you’ve passed probation and are living the core values, you’re in.

Ready to Join?

If this sounds like the role you’ve been waiting for, we’d love to hear from you. Submit your resume and a brief cover letter telling us what drives you.

We look forward to meeting you.
