Job Description

Essential Job Functions: Junior Warehouse Manager

  • Lead a small (around 10 people) multidisciplinary team, managing the both the operational warehouse team and the operational administration and customer service team.
  • Regular contact with current customers. First point of escalation.
  • Control operational and customer KPIs.
  • Responsibility over operational side of billing.
  • Management of ground transport for the site.

  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strategic thinking skills with strong business analytic skills
  • Strong computer skills associated with the utilization of Excel, and warehouse management systems.
  • Languages: Spanish native, English B2 or higher.
  • Multitasking capacity
  • Able to prioritize on a quick demanding environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2 years experience managing contract logistics operations.
    • Warehouse Team Leader experience.
    • Back office experience (customer service, operational admin, stock control)
  • Experience dealing with customers daily needs.
