Job Description

Join our collaborative and results-driven team in Casino, NSW, Australia where planning excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement are genuinely valued.

At Jack Link’s, we embrace the wild side. We’re not afraid to challenge the status quo, adapt quickly, and put in the hard work required to deliver results. What started as a family recipe has grown into a global FMCG business with strong momentum across the APAC region.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee the receiving, storage, distribution, and security of inventory while ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfilment. This role is responsible for maintaining stock integrity, supporting supply continuity to Production, and managing transport operations between the factory and 3PL providers.

You will lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, while maintaining warehouse facilities, equipment, and administrative processes such as inventory control and reporting.

As a values-based leader, you will model the Jack Link’s values, demonstrating stewardship by acting like an owner and fostering a strong team culture.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Warehouse & Inventory Management:

Ensure stock integrity through FEFO/FIFO rotation and allergen-based storage protocols, maintain supply flow to Production, conduct cycle counts, manage inward goods and quarantine stock, and maintain efficient storage utilisation in a clean, pest-free environment.
  2. Transport Management:

Organise domestic transport between the factory and 3PLs, reconcile dispatch and receiving variances, and optimise distribution to balance cost, lead time, and customer service outcomes.
  3. People Management:

Train, roster, and allocate tasks to staff, ensure licensing and safety training compliance, monitor performance and timekeeping, conduct Toolbox meetings, and foster a culture aligned with the Jack Link’s Way.
  4. Health & Safety:

Report incidents and risks through HSE systems, escalate emergencies, ensure PPE compliance, promote adherence to safety procedures, and continuously improve processes.
  5. General Operations:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, develop and maintain Warehouse SOPs, support warehouse systems and administration, and manage the condition and maintenance of pallets, racking, and warehouse assets.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage team performance
  • Full driver’s licence and forklift/reach hoist licences required
  • Hands-on capability across warehouse operations (data entry, lifting, pick/pack)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • ERP experience essential (Business Central desirable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including stock reconciliations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in coaching, training, and managing change in health and safety practices
  • Ability to maintain accurate records in line with SafeWork requirements
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of integrity and professionalism

Who You Are:

  • A hands-on leader who leads by example and acts with ownership
  • A strong communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders
