Responsibilities and Duties:

• Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of distribution and warehouse staff.
• Develop contingency plans to address disruptions in the supply chain or unexpected challenges.
• Proven experience as a warehouse manager or in a similar role.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience in managing international logistics and customs compliance.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, warehouse, and distribution processes.
• Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, safety standards, and best practices in logistics and transportation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience managing warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and inventory control systems.
• Demonstrated leadership experience training, supervising, and evaluating warehouse personnel.

Job Skills:

• Strong understanding of supply chain, warehouse, and distribution processes.
• Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Education:

• High School diploma or GED is required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk warehouse facilities and distribution areas for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift or move materials up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Special Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
