Job Description

Based in Tizi Ouzou, this role offers a strategic opportunity to drive efficiency and continuous improvement, and develop high-performing teams, within a company committed to quality, safety, and reliable supply to patients.

Your new role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading all warehouse & logistics activities to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operations. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality and safety, ensuring accurate inventory management, developing high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support overall supply chain objectives.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
  • Ensure full compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards through regular monitoring and inspections.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, stock control processes, and timely replenishment to meet business needs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics teams to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Optimize order picking, packing, and stock placement to improve service levels and efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align warehouse operations with broader supply chain goals.

Your Skills & Qualifications

We are expecting you to hold the below skills and knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in warehouse and logistics operations, including people management responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading warehouse teams and managing day-to-day logistics activities.
  • Strong background in supply chain planning, process optimization, and operational efficiency improvement.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and production-driven environments. Proven ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
  • Knowledge of sustainability principles and waste-reduction practices within logistics operations. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in written & spoken English is mandatory.
