Job Description

· Plan, organise, and supervise warehouse layout and space utilisation based on inventory turnover, size, weight, and storage requirements.

· Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of warehouse staff.

· Direct daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.

· Ensure proper handling, care, and preservation of goods in accordance with company and customer standards.

· Coordinate closely with Operations, Transport, Customer Service, and other departments to drive service excellence and efficiency.

· Monitor and control warehouse operating costs to support gross profit and productivity targets.

· Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements (including local Japan standards).

· Maintain warehouse equipment reliability through proper maintenance programs and third-party vendor management.

· Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and service quality.

Prepare and review operational reports, KPIs, and inventory accuracy metrics.
