1. Inventory Management: Manage warehouse inventory through regular stock checks, monitoring stock levels, and

2. coordinating with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability and optimal storage utilization.

3. Warehouse Operations: Lead and manage all warehouse operations, including establishing receiving and dispatching procedures, overseeing material handling equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

4. Team Management: Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including creating work schedules, conducting training sessions, evaluating performance, and implementing improvement measures to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

5. Quality Control: Establish and maintain high quality standards for incoming and outgoing goods, resolve operational issues, and ensure overall operational excellence.

6. Order Processing: Oversee the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and dispatch, including establishing procedures for receiving, storage, and shipping operations.

7. Stock Control: Develop and implement stock control strategies, coordinate with procurement on inventory planning, and ensure proper stock rotation and warehouse space optimization.

8. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures in handling and storing products, including proper storage conditions, expiration date monitoring, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

9. Performance Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, team performance, operational efficiency, and other warehouse-related metrics for upper management.

10. Safety and Security: Develop and implement safety and security procedures, including warehouse security measures, equipment safety protocols, and emergency response plans.

11. Cost Management: Monitor and control warehouse operational expenses, analyze costs, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining operational efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

- University Degree, Advanced proficiency in English and Advanced computer skills

- 7 years of warehouse experience
