Job Description

1. Oversee overall warehouse operations: inbound, shelving, picking, outbound, returns, and inventory.
2. Monitor warehouse performance and handle complex on-site issues.
3. Lead system implementation and drive continuous improvement to achieve and exceed KPIs.
4. Strategically plan manpower, space, and other resources to optimize cost and efficiency.
5. Develop SOPs, enforce compliance, and maintain documentation for operational standards.
6. Manage and develop supervisors and team leaders to build a high-performing team.
7. Coordinate with cross-functional departments and handle high-level escalations or emergencies.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum degree in Bachelor or higher, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in managerial roles.
3. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
4. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
5. Experienced in developing and implementing SOPs and warehouse layouts.
6. Preferably fluent in Mandarin (Verbal and Writing)
7. Willing to relocate to Tangerang, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya.
