Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Establish and organize the warehouse operation from the ground up for a 2,500 m² facility.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 15+ warehouse personnel.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes, workflows, and inventory management systems.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and safety regulations in warehouse logistics.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock levels, and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and security within the warehouse.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements where necessary.
• Utilize technology and systems to optimize warehouse operations and reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Warehouse Manager managing a facility of 2,500 m² or larger.
• Team Management: Proven experience managing a team of at least 15 people.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics.
• Languages: Proficiency in Russian and English is mandatory for effective communication.
• Technology: Proficient in using PCs and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in warehouse operations.
