Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure efficiency, safety, and top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping
Lead, train, and motivate team members to meet productivity and performance goals
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace in compliance with company policies and safety standards
Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer demands and operational targets
Qualifications:
5+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Forklift certification and safety knowledge preferred
Valid Driver's License
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
