We are looking for a skilled and reliable Warehouse Maintenance Technician to support the performance and reliability of our logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing automated warehouse equipment, minimizing downtime, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on logistics equipment, including conveyors, sorters, automated systems, forklifts, and pallet trucks

• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and automation-related faults, ensuring rapid restoration of equipment functionality

• Conduct routine inspections, adjustments, and performance checks to ensure smooth operation of sorting and handling systems

• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS and support the analysis of recurring technical issues

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing equipment performance and reliability

• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Required Skills

• Solid knowledge of electromechanics, industrial electrical systems, and automation

• Experience with automated logistics systems is an advantage

• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team

Who we are looking for

• Qualification as an Industrial Mechanic, Electrician, or preferably a Mechatronics Technician

• Alternatively, a relevant technical vocational training or comparable qualification

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or automated industrial environment

• High level of responsiveness and problem-solving mindset

• Structured, precise, and detail-oriented working style

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Strong analytical thinking skills

• Excellent prioritization and time management abilities

• Fluent German and good English skills

Wir suchen einen qualifizierten und zuverlässigen Warehouse Maintenance Technician, der die Leistungsfähigkeit und Betriebssicherheit unserer Logistikprozesse unterstützt.

In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Wartung und Reparatur automatisierter Lagertechnik, die Minimierung von Ausfallzeiten sowie die aktive Mitwirkung an Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.

Hauptaufgaben

• Durchführung von vorbeugenden und korrektiven Wartungsmaßnahmen an logistischen Anlagen, einschließlich Fördertechnik, Sortieranlagen, automatisierten Systemen sowie Flurförderzeugen (z. B. Gabelstapler und Hubwagen)

• Analyse und Behebung elektrischer, mechanischer und automatisierungstechnischer Störungen zur schnellen Wiederherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit

• Durchführung regelmäßiger Inspektionen, Einstellungen und Leistungsprüfungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs von Förder- und Sortiersystemen

• Dokumentation von Wartungsaktivitäten im CMMS sowie Unterstützung bei der Analyse wiederkehrender technischer Probleme

• Mitarbeit an Continuous-Improvement-Projekten zur Optimierung von Anlagenleistung und Zuverlässigkeit

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektromechanik, industrieller Elektrotechnik und Automatisierung

• Erfahrung mit automatisierten Logistiksystemen von Vorteil

• Fähigkeit, elektrische und mechanische Zeichnungen/Schaltpläne zu lesen und zu interpretieren

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Diagnosetools sowie computergestützten Instandhaltungsmanagementsystemen (CMMS)

• Fähigkeit, unter Druck effizient zu arbeiten und im Team effektiv zu kooperieren

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Elektriker oder idealerweise Mechatroniker

• Alternativ eine vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung

• Mindestens 1–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Logistik-, Lager- oder automatisierten Industrieumfeld

• Hohe Reaktionsfähigkeit sowie lösungsorientierte Denkweise

• Strukturierte, präzise und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Eigeninitiative

• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten

• Sehr gute Priorisierungs- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
