Job Description

Diamond Foundry Inc. is solving the thermal limitation at the foundation of today's most exciting tech industries -- AI & cloud compute, electric-car power electronics, and 5G/6G wireless. We have managed to produce the world's first single-crystal diamond wafers and are now on a mission to put a diamond behind every chip. We are the rare unicorn that has grown fast and profitably. We received $515m in funding and are executing a multi-$B expansion plan for one of the greenest forms of tech manufacturing: converting greenhouse gas into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy.
Diamond Foundry is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our materials and inventory operations at our state-of-the-art facility in Zaragoza. As we scale the world’s first single-crystal diamond wafer production, you will be responsible for building and managing the logistics infrastructure that supports our mission to "put a diamond behind every chip."You will oversee the flow of materials and specialized equipment to the finished diamond ingots arriving from our Trujillo plant—ensuring they are processed, stored, and shipped to global partners with 100% precision.

Responsibilities

  • Facility Setup & Scaling: Manage the "greenfield" setup of warehouse workflows in our new Zaragoza plant, implementing layout optimizations and storage solutions for high-precision manufacturing.
  • Inventory Integrity: Maintain rigorous control over high-value semiconductor-grade materials. Lead regular cycle counts and ensure 100% accuracy within our WMS/ERP systems.
  • Inter-Site Logistics: Coordinate the critical logistics pipeline between our Trujillo (Cáceres) foundry and the Zaragoza finishing plant.
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict health and safety protocols (OSHA/Spanish labor standards). Manage the safe handling of specialized gases and industrial equipment.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a local team of warehouse associates and forklift operators, fostering a culture of "ownership" and "transparency."
  • Shipping & Customs: Manage inbound/outbound international shipments, navigating Eurozone customs and semiconductor supply chain regulations.

Requirements

  • University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering with 5+ years in warehouse management, specifically within semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or automotive sectors.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory for collaboration with our US-based headquarters and local vendors.
  • Advanced experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) and digital Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Understanding of clean-room protocols and the handling of sensitive electronic components or high-value materials.

About Diamond Foundry

Founded in San Francisco in 2013, we have grown into the #1 producer of single-crystal diamond globally. We are the rare unicorn that has grown fast profitably. Ours is one of the greenest forms of tech manufacturing: converting greenhouse gas into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy.

We are now in the 2nd stage of our 30-year master plan:

2013+: Deliver sustainably created diamond for wherever mined diamond has been able to go. Reform diamond jewelry in the process.

2023+: Put a diamond behind every high-power chip. Solve the thermal limitation at the foundation of today's most exciting tech industries -- AI & cloud compute, electric-car power electronics, and 5G/6G wireless.

We have managed to create the world's first single-crystal diamond wafers — and created the world’s most compact power electronics with it: 8x smaller than Tesla’s.

2033+: Diamond semiconductors. Transistors with 17,300x the semiconductor merit over silicon.

In 100 years, no-one will remember what Google was but all tech will be based on diamond electronics.
