As a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you will support daily warehouse operations, inventory tracking, and logistics workflows. You will collaborate with transportation partners and internal departments to prepare, process, and track shipments, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operations Support: Support daily warehouse operations and coordinate closely with logistics and operations teams on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Shipment Monitoring: Utilize technology and tracking software to monitor, manage, and control shipment movements and delivery statuses.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics service providers, carriers, and regional branch facilities to schedule and arrange efficient shipment solutions.
• Packaging & Equipment Preparation: Prepare, assemble, and manage specialized packaging, temperature-monitoring equipment, and tracking devices according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Dispatch & Fleet Coordination: Coordinate and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries, verifying adherence to schedules and proper documentation.
• Regulatory Compliance: Assist with regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance for all domestic, import, and export shipments.
• Carrier Booking: Book freight shipments with airlines and third-party logistics providers to determine optimal routing and cost efficiency.
• Freight Handling & Storage: Ensure proper storage, handling, and staging of goods within the warehouse facility.
• Packing & Labeling: Label, package, and stage shipments for export/dispatch; perform physical handling and heavy lifting as needed to meet strict dispatch cut-off times.
• Data & Inventory Entry: Maintain accurate entries in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), documenting key operational milestones (departure, transit, arrival, and customs clearance).
• Communication & Pre-Alerts: Issue pre-shipment alerts to destination facilities and service partners, ensuring written confirmation of receipt and special instructions.
• Inspection & Tracking: Perform pre- and post-dispatch shipment checks and follow up directly with transport agents in the event of delays or disruptions.
• Escalation: Escalate operational issues, delays, or inventory discrepancies to warehouse management in a timely manner.
