The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the receipt, inspection, tracking, and transfer of IREN-procured goods and materials to subcontractors for installation. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are received in good condition, accurately recorded, and handed over efficiently to support project schedules. The Logistics Coordinator helps maintain accountability of materials from delivery through final transfer while demonstrating IREN’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and verify inbound shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
  • Safely load outbound shipments and coordinate material transfers between internal departments or external partners.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
  • Organize and manage warehouse layout to optimize storage efficiency and material accessibility.
  • Operate skid steer, telehandler and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company policies.
  • Support asset tracking and materials management for critical data center equipment and infrastructure components.
  • Ensure proper labelling, documentation, and storage of equipment, parts, and consumables.
  • Accurately process goods receipts in the ERP system, ensuring timely and correct inventory transactions.
  • Investigate and document discrepancies including shortages, damages, or incorrect shipments; coordinate resolution with Procurement and vendors as required.
  • Maintain receiving documentation, packing slips, and proof-of-delivery records in accordance with company controls and audit requirements.
  • Ensure proper labelling, asset tagging, and serial number tracking for critical infrastructure components upon receipt.
  • Support inventory accuracy through structured receiving procedures, controlled storage, and reconciliation of system inventory to physical stock.
  • Assist in developing and adhering to standardized receiving workflows and internal controls as warehouse operations mature.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with operations, facilities, and procurement teams to support project and maintenance needs.
  • Contribute to IREN’s strong safety culture by following procedures and identifying potential hazards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or industrial experience preferred.
  • Skid steer and telehandler certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
  • Ability to frequently lift and move packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional overtime as required.
 
Preferred Skills & Competencies 
  • Experience working in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or data center environments.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards.
