Job Description

Manage inventory, storage, and logistics operations to ensure availability of materials and spare parts for O&M activities.

Your role

• Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and spare parts.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure accuracy of stock levels.
• Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams for timely material supply.
• Implement inventory control procedures and monitor stock movements.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, usage, and reorder requirements.

About you

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel or inventory software.
