About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse and Loan Set Assistant to support the coordination and management of medical device loan sets. This role is critical in ensuring surgical teams have the right instruments and equipment available, on time and in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, check, and dispatch medical device loan sets to hospitals and clinics
• Receive, inspect, and restock returned sets
• Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking systems
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery and collection
• Liaise with internal teams, hospitals, and courier services
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Identify and report damaged or missing equipment

About You:

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically capable of handling and moving equipment sets
• Previous experience in healthcare, logistics, or warehouse operations (preferred but not essential)
• A proactive and dependable attitude
