Job Description

The Warehouse Operations team is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials that support Vestas operations across multiple locations. The team works closely with Supply Chain, Transport, Planning, Procurement and field operations to maintain inventory accuracy, meet customer requirements, and support business continuity through efficient warehouse management practices

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Supervise inventory control activities across MTY, Veracruz and Altamira WH

Monitor inbound and outbound material transactions to ensure accuracy and timely execution

Support special material requirements and urgent operational request

Ensure SAP transactions are completed accurately and on time

Support and develop warehouse personal through coaching and daily guidance

Competencies:

Leadership and people management skills

Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Effective communication and teamwork

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks

SAP knowledge preferred
