What you'll do:As a Warehouse Site Leader, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by training warehouse associates, with a focus on cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for the entire business unit across all shifts. The Warehouse Site Leader will manage front line staff and to help fill in with other leadership staffing. This is an onsite role requiring a regular presence within the warehouse and plant environment to support day-to-day operations, frontline leadership, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the training of all warehouse personnel to include onboarding new team members
  • Work with location leadership to improve processes and help reinforce processes
  • Develop and motivate your team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
  • Execute Lighthouse responsibilities
  • Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact
  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Build people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel
  • Coaching and issuing discipline
  • Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards and training
  • Identify and execute productivity opportunities to help facility meet annual operating plan
  • You will have a regular presence on the plant floor and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
  • This role may operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally
  • This may require off-shift and weekend work with some travel

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of direct supervisory experience leading front-line hourly employees required.
  • Experience supervising teams of 15+ employees preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an onsite warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center environment required.
  • Experience using SAP (SAP ERP, SAP WM, SAP EWM, or related systems) in warehouse or logistics operations strongly preferred.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency required (reporting, spreadsheets, pivot tables, lookups).
  • Availability to work off-shifts, weekends, and occasional travel as business needs require.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
