This position is responsible for direct supervision of workers on the floor and reporting duties concerning production, payroll, and work behaviors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor the attendance, productivity and performance of the team to ensure that volume and quality standards are met
Demonstrate setup and train workers on jobs as written on description sheet
Complete ISO Quality Inspection sheet on job assignments daily
Verify quantity and quality incoming materials
Escalate issues concerning job performance, equipment, materials and production to
Supervisor as needed
Picking items, packaging items and packing finished items
Load and unload shipments from LTL Couriers
Delivery & Pick-up completed and raw goods on needed basis
This may not constitute an entire list of duties
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
HS/GED
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Clean MVR report
Pass a DOT Physical
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to bend, lift to 501bs, walk, sit, push and pull

Must have supervision skills
Must have reliable transportation
Must have Computer skills in data entry, Microsoft office and inventory management
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED
Forklift experience, Pallet jack, box cutter, computer and other warehouse equipment.
Ability to drive company vehicles box truck and/or van.
