Job Summary

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure the accurate receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials. This role coordinates material flow, maintains inventory accuracy, supports checkpoint, shipping and receiving activities, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor all required Oracle inventory and warehouse transactions.
• Allocate labor resources to support warehouse functions, including Checkpoint, Shipping, and Receiving.
• Complete Discrete Jobs and assist with troubleshooting issues at Checkpoint.
• Maintain documentation and records required for internal and external audits.
• Interaction with multiple organization levels as needed to support warehouse and manufacturing needs.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.
• Perform other duties and support additional warehouse operational needs as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse – cross functional/ multi-department experience desired for maximum flexibility within the materials department.
• Minimum of 2 years forklift experience in warehouse environment (Propane and battery/electric sit down models).
• Cycle count experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Adherence to safety rules and regulations per company policy.
• Should be skilled in MS Office including Excel. Oracle and handheld scanner experience desired.
• Must be able to demonstrate professional oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and interact with multiple organizational levels including management.
• Attention to detail and with error free results is critical.
• Mon – Fri 8am-5pm
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Leadership experience or qualities in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
