Work Shift:

8hr-1st Shift 7:30a-3:30p Tukwila (United States of America) The Warehouse Lead provides direction and support to the Warehouse team. Drives compliance with standard operating procedures and policies, such as Safety, Quality, GMP, and CPS.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Champions a safety culture, ensures a safe work environment, and promotes safe behavior.

• Monitors environment and becomes aware of conditions that may affect employee safety and security; takes corrective action.
• Communicates to ensure employees learn and comply with specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies.
• Prepares training plans and conducts or assigns safety, maintenance, machine operation and quality assurance training to new employees.
• Prepares documentation and provides performance feedback to introductory employees.
• Provides feedback to plant leaders concerning employee performance and behavior.
• Ensures employees have required tools, supplies and area to exercise their duties.
• Records shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability.
• Determines method of shipment by examining items to be shipped, destination, route, rate, and time of shipment.

Other duties and roles maybe assigned by plant management.

• Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

Minimum Requirements

One plus years’ experience in Warehouse/Shipping role.

One plus years’ experience in distribution or manufacturing.

High School diploma.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent.

Targeted Pay Range:

$30.87 - $39.42
