The Warehouse Lead is an integral part of the Operations Team by ensuring accurate inventory levels, and leading receiving processes for production.
Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely receipt of raw goods
  • Define and implement receiving and shipping process, improve material flow in the plant
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting cycle counts and reconciling with warehouse team
  • Coordinates/organizes staging and shipping of products
  • Analyze root cause for inventory discrepancy and develop corrective action plan to resolve defined issue
  • Supports training of any new warehouse employees or other employees interacting with warehouse
  • Identify and find new opportunities to improve safety and inventory control procedures
  • Maintain and update key performance indicators


Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated commitment to achieving the organization's goals and objectives
  • Ability to think strategically and interact with all levels of the organization
  • Problem Solver with the ability to innovate and improve processes
  • High ethical standards
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with ERP software strongly desired
  • At least 3 years experience with progressive responsibility in warehouse role
  • Experience managing others is a plus
  • Forklift Certification strongly desired
