To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Lead located in Dallas, Texas.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Lead is responsible for leading the work of others and participates in work related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies.

Shift Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What a typical day looks like:

  • Coordinates the activities of subordinates

  • Ensures accurate, up-to-date records of inventory in stockroom and daily operations; completes necessary forms or paperwork for documentation

  • Examines incoming shipments for damage or shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify; fills out appropriate forms or documents

  • Fills orders and issues materials and supplies per requests; documents transactions, prepares requisitions and computes costs; keeps records of storeroom inventory

  • Update the status of the materials and ETAs in the ERP system to provide visibility to downstream processes

  • Tracks material shortages and maintain a complete material shortage report along with resolution status on those items

  • Interfaces and coordinates with various department to resolve material and capacity constraints

  • Notify appropriate internal teams (project managers, production managers, etc.) of any issues and material shortages that could potentially affect production

  • Manage the log for material borrows between projects and get appropriate visibility

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 4+ years’ experience in planning, production, inventory, or expediting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an MRP/ERP System

Physical Requirements:

  • Periods of standing, walking, and sitting at a desk using a computer

  • Must be able to lift to 35 pounds at a time.

  • Must wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor
