About the Role
Conklin Metal Industries is looking for a Warehouse Lead to support our Jackson (Richland, MS) branch. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work alongside the team while helping guide daily operations.

What You’ll Do
Lead from the Floor
Work alongside the team in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently
Support the Team
Provide day-to-day direction to warehouse associates
Help train new hires and reinforce best practices
Promote a positive, team-focused work environment
Keep Inventory Accurate
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Ensure materials are stored properly and discrepancies are addressed
Prioritize Safety
Follow and enforce safety procedures
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
Improve Processes
Identify ways to improve workflow and efficiency
Partner with leadership to implement improvements
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of warehouse experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
Experience in industrial distribution (HVAC experience is a plus)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to lead by example
