We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable individual to assist with warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and material organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
• Provide hands-on leadership to warehouse associates; assign work, monitor performance, and support training
• Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment by enforcing safety policies and housekeeping standards
• Coordinate with supervisors, operations, and logistics teams to meet shipping deadlines
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and audits
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and throughput
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment to jobs or customers.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, combi lift) safely.
• Process returns and restock materials as needed.
• Report discrepancies or issues with shipments or inventory to management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
