
The Inventory Supervisor provides leadership, direction and strategy for the Inventory Control team on the site that will enable andfacilitatethe execution of the outlined operational deliverables. They will alsobe responsible fordeveloping and progressing key customer relationships and operational partnerships necessary to drive and support an atmosphere of continuous improvement and operational excellence as it relates to inventory control management.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure customer inventory accuracy ismonitoredand reportedtimelyto site leadership
Maximize the performance of the site inventory processes and system to ensure:Care, custody, and control of thecustomer'sinventory
Accuracy (to floor and customer book)
Properutilizationof information technology systems
Provide required documentation in support of compliance requirements
Manage the planning and execution of proactive and reactive cycle counts in compliance with the contractual service level agreement
Develop,implement,andvalidateprocedures, controls and systems that prevent, detect and correct errors in inventory transactions and balances
Apply continuous improvement initiatives to drive process, inventory accuracy, compliance, on-time completion, within budget, documented results
Design and generateappropriate reportingto track inventory accuracy, shrink compliance, and variance root cause trends
Maintain thorough knowledge of internal and customer systemstoprovide extensive support to the operational team as well as the customer for inventory and production related issues
Develop resource plans and equipment needs budget for review with site leadership.

Experience in contractlogisticsespecially in a customer facing role
Experience to work in an international matrix organization with excellent stakeholder management capabilities
Lean thinking and continuous improvement will be a standard way of Leading.
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
Deep and broad understanding of Inventory Control, its financial and operational impacts
Strong personality; passionate, holistic view, courageous, effective indifferent culturalsettings, impact driven and optimistic
Resilient team player who is goal-orientated anddemonstratesa high levelof commitment with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
