We are looking for a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our company and support our Rushville, Indiana location.

As a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator for Corteva Agriscience, you will play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, material availability, and smooth warehouse operations across our network. You will coordinate inbound and outbound material movement using SAP/R3, partner closely with sales support, schedulers, and vendors, and proactively plan inventory to support production needs. This role leads key inventory processes, including cycle counts, reconciliations, audits, and discard management, while driving best practices and transactional excellence. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Safety remains a top priority, and you’ll lead or support site safety programs that protect people, product, and performance.

This role will be on-site at the Corteva location.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide coordination of inbound and outbound movement of materials with sales support team, inter-company schedulers, and vendors using SAP/R3 systems
  • Run inventory reports daily/weekly/monthly to ensure accuracy at location, off-site, and regional distribution centers (where applicable), including package inventory and direct materials
  • Planning product and direct material inventory based on production rates
  • Implement and utilize warehouse and inventory management best practices while ensuring transactional excellence
  • Assist with pooling/picking errors and management with discrepancies
  • Lead monthly cycle count process and manage any necessary reconciliation
  • Lead annual inventory reconciliation process and external inventory audits
  • Manage treated and untreated discard working with STO Coordinator and Scheduling Coordinator
  • Assist STO and Scheduling Coordinator when needed
  • Leading or supporting a defined safety program to enhance safety across the site
  • Various other duties as assigned

  • This position is based out of the Rushville, Indiana Seed Production Facility

Education:

High School Diploma/GED

What Skills You Need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong understanding of inventory management best practices
  • High attention to detail
  • Willingness and flexibility to work overtime hours, including weekends and holidays, required during seasonal peaks to support achieving production goals

Physical Job Requirements:

  • Stand and sit for extended periods
  • Work both outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions
  • Lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Perform work that involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive lifting
  • Exposure to dust and plant allergens including but not limited to corn, sunflower, cotton, and canola pollen and protein and sorghum as well as potential mold spores and/or chemicals in the course of your duties

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Associates degree or higher
  • Two years of shipping, transportation, warehouse, inventory management, or logistics experience
  • Experience in production agriculture or a plant production environment
  • Intermediate level skills with inventory management software, such as SAP/R3
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Continuous Improvement, and Standardized Work
