The Repair Technician is responsible for performing light repairs, quality checks, and personalization support for warehouse stock while ensuring that each item meets the brand’s standards of quality, craftsmanship, and presentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on technical ability, organization, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities

Repairs and Quality Control

  • Perform light repairs on warehouse stock, including product cleaning, touch-ups, simple hardware replacement, hardware polishing, handle replacement, sewing, and other minor repair activities as needed.
  • Conduct quality checks and accurately record each result in the Repair Form.
  • Open tickets in the after-sales platform and follow the appropriate workflow for each case through resolution.
  • Prepare and ship items to external vendors when required, ensuring proper tracking and documentation.
  • Execute repairs with a high level of precision while preserving the integrity, function, and aesthetic of the original piece.
  • Maintain, organize, and monitor repair tools, supplies, and materials inventory to support daily operations.

Personalization Process

  • Support the end-to-end personalization process based on business needs, ensuring that all steps are completed accurately and in line with company guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Complete the required system process while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Create embroidery requests in the design software.
  • Operate the embroidery machine and change threads as needed to match each order.
  • Create shipping labels accurately and in accordance with shipping requirements.
  • Pack and ship personalized items to the designated store, ensuring proper handling and presentation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to identify product issues and assess basic repair needs.
  • Basic computer skills required, including the ability to use internal systems and complete digital forms accurately.
  • Previous hands-on technical, repair, craftsmanship, or warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Strong willingness and desire to learn new repair techniques, tools, and processes.
  • Strong interest in craftsmanship, repair, and product care.
  • Ability to keep a clean, safe, and organized workstation at all times.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for quality control and a strong commitment to accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and business needs.
  • English language skills are preferred.

Sunday to Thursday- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
