As a Warehouse Operator, you will support efficient and accurate warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of materials.

You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and work onsite at our Kancheepuram facility.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials following standard operating procedures.
  • Pick, pack, and issue materials based on production and dispatch requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through stock records, cycle counts, and physical inventory support.
  • Ensure labelling, identification, First In First Out, Just In Time practices, and material segregation.
  • Follow EHS, safety, PPE, and 5S standards and report any unsafe conditions immediately.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

  • ITI or Diploma qualification, or equivalent warehouse-related experience.
  • 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations or stores assistance.
  • Basic working knowledge of ERP/WMS, Excel systems.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

  • Hands-on experience in Sheet metal, automotive, engineering, FMCG, or logistics environments.
  • Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement plans.
  • Hands-on experience with material handling equipmen
