We are looking for a Warehouse Handler to join our Distribution Center team. In this role, you will support both core warehouse operations and Value Added Services (VAS), ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all activities while contributing to a high-performing and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute warehouse activities including receiving, inspection, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping

  • Perform Value Added Services (VAS) such as labeling, programming, repacking, and product adaptations

  • Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in SAP/ERP systems with full batch and serial traceability

  • Prepare and execute shipments, including packaging optimization and labeling

  • Conduct inventory activities such as daily and full cycle counts in line with procedures

  • Maintain compliance with quality standards (ISO 13485 / ISO 14001) and work instructions

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment, including proper equipment usage

  • Actively contribute to team collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience in logistics or warehouse operations

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and RF scanning tools is a strong asset

  • Fluency in Dutch or French, with good understanding of Dutch; English is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality

  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and customer focus

  • Well-organized, proactive, and eager to learn new processes

  • Ability to work in a structured, regulated environment and follow procedures closely

  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workplace
