About the Role

As we move into a new processing center and expand our e-commerce operations, we are hiring 5 new team members to join our Warehouse & Fulfillment team—at both Associate and Senior levels

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely fulfillment of customer orders. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to take ownership, contribute to process improvements, and grow as our operations scale.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, label, and correctly store incoming products
  
  

• Verify delivered goods against supplier invoices and documentation
  
  

• Coordinate closely with warehouse and field teams to ensure timely receiving and deliveries
  
  

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system
  
  

• Support and lead stock counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies
  
  

• Oversee handling of damaged or non-conforming products
  
  

• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
  
  

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of warehouse documentation
  
  

• Act as a key point of communication within the warehouse team and with other departments
  
  

• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and workflows
  
  

• Be hands-on when needed—helping where operational demands require it
  
  

• Perform other related duties as assigned
  
  

Senior-level team members will also:

• Take ownership of more complex operational tasks
  
  

• Support onboarding and guidance of new team members
  
  

• Act as a go-to person for day-to-day operational issues

What We’re Looking For

• Associate level: 1+ year of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or similar roles
  
  

• Senior level: 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong operational ownership
  
  

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  
  

• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and tight deadlines
  
  

• Willingness to work hands-on and adapt as operations grow
  
  

• Basic knowledge of English is an advantage
  
  

• Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn and grow
  
  

Working Conditions

• Working days: Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week
  
  

• Shift-based work; availability to work on holidays is required
