THE OPPORTUNITY Abacus Staffing is seeking skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join our team in West Jefferson, OH. This role involves operating Reach truck forklifts and other equipment to efficiently move, load, and unload materials while maintaining a safe work environment.

This is a Temp-to-Hire position!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, clamp trucks, and cranes
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners for inventory tracking
• Conduct equipment inspections and follow OSHA standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support team operations and assist with training new operators.

Requirements:

• Reach truck experience (Crown preferred)
• Previous forklift or related experience
• Familiarity with RF scanners and material handling
• Ability to read and speak English or Spanish

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: TUE- SAT 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $21.36/hr
• 2nd Shift: MON- FRI- 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM | $21.86/hr
• (Overtime available)
