Job Description

Seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator and Customer Service Specialist to join a leading HVAC manufacturing company. This role blends hands-on warehouse work with direct customer interaction and sales support.

You will operate electric sit down/stand up and propane forklifts to manage warehouse inventory and shipments while providing customer service by assisting with parts lookup and order processing in a busy warehouse environment.

• PAY RATE: 21.00 hour
• HOURS: 7:30am to 4:30pm (M-F)
• LOCATION: Levittown, PA 19057
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contract

• BASIC REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED - Required

• BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Background Check (Felony and Misdemeanor last 7 years)

Responsibilities

• Perform manual warehouse and computer clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products under general supervision.
• Receive goods, verify items against shipment records, and inspect condition.
• Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods.
• Record received and shipped items following established procedures.
• Route materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
• Complete written and computerized documentation.
• Assist customers at the counter by looking up parts and processing orders.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of drug test and background check (felony and misdemeanor last 7 years).
• Required experience operating electric sit down/stand up forklifts and propane forklifts.
• Counter sales or customer service experience.
• Counting skills for cycle counts.
• Computer skills to look up parts and customer orders.
• Shipping and receiving experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• General HVAC knowledge is helpful.
