Job Description

The PFUS Sales Finance Associate Manager is a key Finance partner, providing financial leadership, analysis, and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.

This role supports warehouse and eCommerce customer accounts across Quaker and PWL, helping drive net revenue, profit growth, trade effectiveness, and customer strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Finance lead for assigned warehouse and eCommerce customer accounts across Quaker and PWL.
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver AOP net revenue, profit, trade, and investment targets.
  • Lead forecasting, period close, actuals analysis, liability reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Manage trade spend and customer investment to improve efficiency and support net revenue delivery.
  • Develop programming, promotional calendars, and customer recommendations that support growth and profitability.
  • Support strategic planning, AOP, quarterly business plans, sales planners, and customer presentations.
  • Evaluate innovation, pricing, promotions, and contracts; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Review and approve SAP/TPM events to support accruals, reimbursements, and accurate reporting.
  • Lead incremental funding and investment analyses through governance forums.
  • Complete ad hoc analysis and projects focused on simplification and stronger decision support.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

Education / Certification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
  • MBA or CPA is strongly desirable.

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive finance experience in planning, forecasting, pricing, trade management, analytics, accounting, or control.
  • Sales finance, customer finance, eCommerce, warehouse, or CPG experience preferred.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Experience with planning, forecasting, budgeting, trade management, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights, recommendations, and repeatable processes.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of management.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and align Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Revenue Management, Supply Chain, and customer teams.
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities and lead work to completion.
  • Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement and simplification.

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to quickly learn systems such as SAP, Tableau, Mosaic, TPM, and planning tools.
