• PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation.
• We are contracted to staff and manage the following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation.

PFP Logistics is looking for a Warehouse Floor Supervisor to join our team in Penns Grove, NJ!

Overview

• Returns & Re-Boxing Operation Supervisor: This position is responsible for leading warehouse associates, monitoring production, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring daily operational goals are met.

Schedule + Pay

• Schedule: Monday - Friday ( Day Shift: 6am - 2pm)
• Salary: $65,000- $75,000 annually, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support associates throughout the shift
• Assign employees to workstations based on production needs
• Monitor production and UPH performance
• Ensure returned products are processed and re-boxed correctly
• Train and coach associates on procedures and expectations
• Monitor attendance, staffing, and quality
• Communicate daily production updates and operational issues to management
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Weekly Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members
• Review + submit payroll
• Review team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Communicate operational updates and needs with PFP Logistics leadership

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or production experience
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable managing productivity goals and holding employees accountable
• Basic computer and reporting skills
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical: This is a hands-on floor leadership position. The supervisor is expected to remain actively involved in the operation and assist the team as needed.* (able to lift, push, pull, and carry 20–30 lbs. consistently )
