Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Night shift, 6pm to 6am, 4 on 4 off, 42 hours.

Location: Daventry, NN11 8NF

Can you lead a warehouse team to consistently achieve operational KPIs and customer service targets? Do you have previous supervisory or team management experience within a warehousing or supply chain environment?

This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising operational teams, ensuring productivity, safety, quality, and colleague engagement while supporting the delivery of customer requirements and site objectives.

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and supervise a warehouse operations team to achieve service levels, productivity targets, and operational KPIs
• Plan, manage, and adjust staffing levels to meet changing operational requirements
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, company procedures, and site processes
• Deliver effective communication through briefings, shift updates, coaching, and continuous feedback
• Support colleague development through performance management, training, absence management, and engagement activities
