Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support External warehouse projects
• Perform incoming receiving and outgoing issuance processes by SAP system GI and GR (for new shipments and RMA shipments), NCR and troubleshooting to trigger details, history of the movement of goods to project team; Manual issuance by DN.
• Ensure records and traceability of all transactions properly maintained and archived.
• Ensure proper segregation in warehouse for all materials for new, defective, quarantine, etc.
• Perform cycle count and ensure inventory accuracies.
• Ensure ESD compliance when handling ESD parts (for SMRT Train parts).
• Ensure security, quality and HSE requirements are adhered to at all times.
• On-call support for any warehouse or logistics operations whenever any major projects is underway.
• To do KAIZEN to improve receiving / outgoing, inventory record, and warehouse organization plan.
• To support any ad-hoc duties as assigned by project teams and warehouse management.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in a warehouse is a must.
• A valid forklift license is needed.
• Familiarity with inventory management software (like SAP) is needed.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with import/export process will be beneficial.
• Must be used to handling physical items.
• Must possess motorcycle license (minimum Class 2A category) and comfortable to move around different locations.
• 1 year contract with full benefits & completion bonus.
