Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure efficient usage, accurate tracking, minimal waste.
  • Managing the inventory of purchased items and ensuring sufficient stock.
  • Responding to phone calls, emails, messages & appointments.
  • Liaises and coordinates with third-party suppliers (e.g., transporters, contractors and others).
  • Assist to purchase items when insufficient stock.
  • Received, checking, recorded Invoice & submit to finance.
  • Checking & verify disposal items & email to finance.
  • Do claiming for external purchases.
  • Tracking and recording the usage, maintenance, and condition of equipment.
  • Facilities & Maintenance:
    • Keep recording checklist for cleanliness & Maintenance (e.g., air-conditioner, genset)
    • Ensuring that common areas, offices, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
    • Keeping detailed logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
  • Work in collaboration with other Departments in supporting their activities that impact company KPIs.
  • Support team for GDPMD/GDP Audit/Project and Warehouse workplace inspection.
