Job Description

We are looking for a new team member to join our Scania service team in Paskov and help ensure the smooth operation of our spare parts warehouse. If you are organised, have a technical mindset and enjoy a job where every day brings something different, we would be happy to meet you.

What will you be responsible for?

• Receiving, checking and storing spare parts
• Ordering parts according to the needs of the workshop and customers
• Preparing and issuing parts for the workshop and external customers
• Keeping stock records and working with the warehouse management system
• Cooperating with service advisors and mechanics to ensure the availability of spare parts
• Processing returns, claims and packaging materials
• Taking part in regular stocktaking and continuously optimising stock levels
• Keeping the warehouse organised and ensuring safe operation

What do we expect from you?

• Secondary education with a technical focus
• Technical thinking and an interest in automotive technology
• Previous experience in a warehouse or automotive environment
• Attention to detail, reliability and good organisational skills
• Good user-level computer skills (intermediate MS Word and MS Excel)
• Category B driving licence (C is an advantage)
• Forklift licence is an advantage (we can help you obtain one if needed)
• Basic knowledge of English is an advantage
