This position is responsible of all functions related to driving deliveries from our warehouse to the gift stores, including but not limited to keeping the inventory and Warehouse organized by receiving, transferring, packing, stocking and ticketing merchandise. The Warehouse Driver complies with all e|n procedures related to data integrity and inventory control. A Warehouse Driver will also complete additional tasks as assigned by the Store Director.

Business and Financial Results
• Ensures that the correct quantity of items is received, scanned, transferred, packed and stocked, and merchandise is accurately ticketed. Follows up to make sure the correct data is credited to the store.
• Consistently looks for methods to maximize efficiency.
• Works assigned schedule.
Management and Operating Results
• Along with the Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Sales Leads, and Warehouse Lead, ensures all inventory and data integrity procedures are followed.
• Drives a delivery truck and ensures timely transportation of products from the Warehouse to the Store.
• Maintains, handles, and moves physical inventory within the Warehouse.
• Loads and unloads product on delivery trucks.
• Ensures all items are ticketed properly with appropriate sku tickets.
• Follows and enforces company receiving procedures.
• Conducts cycle counts, transfers and price changes.
• Maintains warehouse to e|n standards of organization and housekeeping.
• Responsible for insuring all skus are represented on the sales floor.
• Accountable for completing product, operations, and merchandise knowledge training.
• Participates in all e|n initiatives and ensures sustainability.
• Responds and reacts to all communication in a timely manner.
• Performs daily tasks such as cleaning and other assigned duties.
• Follows all safety guidelines.
• Accountable for all Loss Prevention procedures and requirements.

Guest and Partner Results
• Accountable to consistently demonstrate e|n Cares.
• Required to maintain full knowledge of the venue’s building and its programs.
• Ensures a clean, organized and safe environment for guests.
• Follows e|n and Partner dress code guidelines.
• Participates in regional philanthropic activities.
• Resolves guest service issues in partnership with Store Director.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The Warehouse Driver must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Pay Rate: $19.75
