The business provides integrated logistics solutions including sea & air freight, contract logistics (3PL), warehousing, customs clearance, and supply chain services, supported by digital tracking systems and strong regional infrastructure.

Job Role

Senior leadership role responsible for driving the commercial growth of the Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) and Contract Logistics division. The position leads strategy development, team leadership, and high-value client acquisition across multimodal logistics solutions (land, sea, air). The role also focuses on developing long-term customer partnerships and ensuring strong alignment between sales strategy and operational execution in key Indonesia markets.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead and develop W&D sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets
• 
  Design and execute multimodal logistics sales strategy (3PL, contract logistics, integrated supply chain)
• 
  Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities in Cibitung & Surabaya regions
• 
  Lead high-level negotiations with corporate and C-level clients
• 
  Drive acquisition of long-term, high-value logistics contracts
• 
  Oversee sales performance, pipeline, and strategic account development
• 
  Align sales strategy with operational capabilities and company direction
• 
  Act as key driver for regional business expansion and market penetration

Candidate Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• 
  10+ years experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry
• 
  Strong background in W&D / 3PL / Contract Logistics sales leadership
• 
  Proven experience managing and developing sales teams
• 
  Deep knowledge of warehousing, supply chain, and multimodal transport (land, sea, air)
• 
  Strong capability in strategic planning and market analysis
• 
  Experience handling high-value corporate and C-level negotiations
• 
  Fluent English for business communication
• 
  Strong leadership, communication, and deal-closing ability
