Become a vital part of our warehouse team as a Distribution Associate II, supporting the flow of materials in a fast-paced environment.

We are hiring a Distribution Associate II to assist with warehouse distribution tasks for a global climate control products manufacturer. This contract role involves shipping, receiving, and inventory duties with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Job Details

• LOCATION: Wilmington, MA 01887
• POSITION: Contract
• PAY RATE: 19.50 hour
• HOURS: 7:30am to 4:30pm M-F

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products under general supervision.
• Receive goods, verify items against shipment records, and inspect their condition.
• Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods.
• Record received and shipped items following established procedures.
• Route materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
• Operate powered equipment such as forklifts as needed.
• Complete written and computerized documentation accurately.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Steel toe boots required.
• Successful completion of drug test and background check required.
• Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record may be required.
