Warehouse Delivery Driver

Springfield, Missouri | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a high-energy, dependable Warehouse Delivery Driver to join our team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, working with a team, and taking pride in doing the job right. Warehouse experience is preferred, but we’re also looking for someone who is willing to learn and put their skills to work.

Your primary responsibilities will include warehouse operations and local deliveries, with additional assignments as needed.

This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete local deliveries by van, car, or truck to customers and vendors. A Class E driver's license will be required shortly after hire.
• Receive and verify inbound freight shipments.
• Restock showroom inventory daily.
• Pick and process orders accurately using a handheld scanner.
• Prepare and ship outbound orders through UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers.
• Operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Check incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist with other warehouse and company assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Class E driver's license required shortly after hire.
• Clean driving record.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Must be able to communicate verbally in English to understand work instructions, communicate with team members, and perform essential job duties.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.

The employee may also occasionally be required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear. In certain areas of the business, the ability to taste and smell may be required.

Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
