Job Description

Dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to work in the wine and spirits industry, responsible for receiving, storing, and picking alcoholic beverage products in a fast-paced distribution environment. Skilled in inventory management, palletizing, forklift operation, and maintaining accurate stock records while adhering to safety regulations and industry compliance standards. Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet productivity goals while ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to support efficient warehouse operations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receiving product from suppliers – ensuring accuracy of incoming inventory using scanning devices
  • Put away inbound pallets of freight in both racked and bulk locations.
  • Replenish locations for selection.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management System bar code scanning system to accurately account for and locate product.
  • Ensure all damaged products are properly removed from inventory and handled in accordance with procedures.
  • Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment.
  • Complete forklift certification program.
  • Order selection following standard processes
  • Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols
  • Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Skills & Abilities
    • Ability to operate scanning devices.
    • Ability to work independently, be self-managed and motivated to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Years of Experience
    • Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
    • 2+ years of experience preferred
  • Education
    • Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent or equivalent experience.
