ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Documentation & Reporting

· Complete all required paperwork and system updates accurately and in a timely manner.

· Record root causes and corrective actions for exceptions where required.

· Support preparation of exception or discrepancy reports for internal or client use.

General

· Support training of new operators on exception processes.

· Perform other duties consistent with the role as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Stand or sit for long periods of time
• Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance
• Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand
• Ability to drive a forklift and become certified by Crane Worldwide

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Experience in a warehouse or contract logistics environment, preferably within e-commerce.
• Working knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control processes.
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
• Consistently at work on time.

Working Environment

• E-commerce contract logistics warehouse
• Shift work may be required depending on operational demands

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three years related experience preferred.
• Minimum one year industry experience preferred.

CERIFICATION AND LICENSES.

Must be forklift certified.
