Job Description

Warehouse Coordinator

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Minimum of a Degree, BCom Supply Chain would be preferable
  • Maths or Accountancy passed in Grade 12 is essential
  • Have at least 3 years experience in an administrative position within a factory or Warehouse environment
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment will be advantageous
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent administration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Working together with the Safety Reps and HSE Coordinator ensuring that the department complies with the requirements of the Company's Health and Safety policies.
  • Assist the Material Controller with the control and monitoring of finished goods into and out of the department.
  • Assist with accurate weekly stock takes of finished goods and consumables.
  • Manage the reconciliations and capturing of data associated with raw material control.
  • Update the efficiency schedules on a daily basis.
  • Update weekly wages and other production schedules.
  • General administrative duties as required by the Production Team Leader and Executive.
  • Update the register of NCQR and CFARs for monitoring trends and statistics.
  • Follow up on DRM actions.
  • Submit and follow up on trials and associated ISIR requests.
  • Assist with staff and general queries.
