Job Description

Responsibilities

• Supervise the receiving, storing, and issuance of goods to ensure accurate inventory management and proper stock rotation.
• Maintain precise inventory records in the system, ensuring timely updates and consistency between physical and system stock.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock checks to verify accuracy and investigate discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor cold room storage conditions to ensure compliance with temperature and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth stock movement and timely replenishment.
• Prepare and submit regular warehouse and inventory reports to management for review.
• Support the implementation of warehouse best practices, including safety and housekeeping standards.
• Perform other related duties or projects as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum O Levels or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or store operations, preferably within the food manufacturing or cold storage industry.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proficient in inventory systems or warehouse management software.
• Able to work independently in a cold room environment and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
