Abbott Nutrition in Casa Grande, Arizona has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator.

This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What You’ll Work On

  • Lead CAPA initiatives – Identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions that drive measurable improvements

  • Own process compliance – Maintain and update procedures to ensure alignment with Quality, Regulatory, and Corporate standards

  • Shape onboarding experiences – Partner with leadership to deliver impactful new hire orientation and training

  • Champion Continuous Improvement – Bring forward innovative ideas and support Lean initiatives across the operation

  • Analyze & optimize performance – Collect and interpret data to support site roadmap decisions and resolve operational challenges

  • Support day-to-day operations – Step in as a Warehouse Lead or Utility Operator as needed to keep operations running smoothly

  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with Logistics, Plant teams, and support personnel

  • Prepare for audits – Assist with agency audits and ensure readiness at all times

You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 2–3 years of logistics or distribution experience

  • Strong working knowledge of WMS (CAMBAR), SAP, and warehouse systems

  • Experience with Lean principles, data analysis, and root cause problem-solving

  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, storage, inventory flow)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s Degree

This is a Day shift opportunity – Monday – Friday; 6:30am – 3:00pm
